Refund Policy

Simple, transparent, and customer-first.

We want you to be confident using BillIQ. If something goes wrong with a payment, we'll make it right. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Free plan

The Free plan (7 uploads/month) requires no payment and therefore has no refund.

  1. Email ai.business.support.team@gmail.com from the address registered to your BillIQ account.
  2. Subject line: "Refund request — <your registered email>".
  3. Include: the Razorpay payment ID (visible in your Razorpay receipt), the date of the charge, and a short description of the issue.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period, and we do not bill you again. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund — see Section 2 for refund eligibility.
